Only if i have the choice between the suggestion and the current system....like a checkbox option. I usually don't like having to re-learn how i play or press buttons.

the reverse check box sounds logic , and woulnd not disturb people that like the actual system . keep it in right mouse bottum , just make availeble a reverse option , so only if you dont want to move the camara , you clic on it ...
for people like me that play FPS for more then 10 years , this is a dream , if it comes true.

Holy smokes I didn't think to ever see this thread again. I'm so used to holding the mouse button down now I hardly notice it. The one thing I didn't think of when I started this topic is 'how will the cursor be controlled' and if the two are reversed, will it be less desirable to be holding down a button to use the cursor?

yes , i guess the dev team , got to that conclusion , its better to hold down when you are in action , wasting energie , and not holding down , for chill out actions like savage items , chat , etc
but i still vote for the reverse option in setings

I want to be able to map the mousewheel!
Incidentally, you can try a control-remapper program such as AutoHotKey
With a bit of scripting, you can get your sticky mouse button, your sticky ctrl/alt key, or remapping the mouse wheel.
I havent tried it yet. My one concern is that it might not block the original keypress - (eg, if I remap the mouse wheel to a key mapped to next/prev target, it might still cause zoom in/out to occur as well.)

i dont like holding down the buttons constantly either.
& how about clicking only once to attack, not 2+ times.
Or auto attacking anything attacking you, & clicking something to stop attacking.

And they could even delete every class and reinvent the game from top to bottom a few days after Nightfall is released, making it a sucky game and alienating the few players they had left that hadn't already thrown the game away.
.......... forgive me. I was actually one of the players who got rid of Galaxies well before that happened, fortunately, so I guess I shouldn't be so sensitive. :P
In truth, a toggle type action like that could actually work. What they should really do is implement multiple ways to do this. There are quite a few interface limitations in GW that I just don't understand.
